The Pinball Shop Shipping Policy
At Pinball shop, we specialize in safely delivering high-quality pinball machines straight to your home or business. Because pinball machines are large, heavy, and valuable, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are processed and shipped according to the timeline below:

Note: Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Freight Shipping: If your order is below $5,000, then the shipping cost will depend on the delivery location.

Free Standard Freight Shipping on all pinball machines / orders above $5,000

Any applicable taxes or standard shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Delivery Method: Curbside Freight with Liftgate
Due to the size and weight of pinball machines, they are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight carriers.

Appointment Needed: The freight carrier will call you directly using the phone number provided at checkout or via our customer support via email, to schedule a delivery window.

Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery is curbside with a liftgate service. The driver will lower the palletized machine to the ground at the end of your driveway or curb. Drivers are not responsible for moving the machine indoors, up stairs, or unpacking it.

Adult Signature Required: An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your pinball machine has been picked up by the freight carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the freight company. You can track your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Damages and Inspection (Crucial for Freight)
Your pinball machine is securely strapped and wrapped on a pallet for protection. You must inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Visible Box Damage: If the box or wrapping looks heavily damaged, write "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us immediately.

Severe Damage: If the machine appears completely destroyed, refuse the delivery entirely and contact our support team within 24 hours.

Concealed Damage: If you open the box and find internal damage that wasn’t visible on the outside, contact us at support@pinballshop.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file an insurance claim.
6. Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the freight shipment has left our warehouse. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If the item has already been prepped or handed over to the freight carrier, cancellation fees or return shipping fees may apply.
